Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to two days prior to check-in date. But after that, cancellation charge will be incurred as below subject to the cancellation date:

門限はございません。外出の際は、ルームキーをフロントにお預けください。
なお、正面玄関は22時～6時の間は施錠しておりますが、外部エレベーターおよび階段は24時間ご利用いただけます。
There is no curfew. Please leave your room key at the front desk when going out. The main entrance is locked between 10pm and 6am, but the external elevator and stairs are available 24 hours a day.

We sincerely apologize, but we are unable to accommodate individual allergies.
Also, breakfast is served buffet-style, and all dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, so there is a possibility that allergens may be mixed in.
