Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to two days prior to check-in date. But after that, cancellation charge will be incurred as below subject to the cancellation date:
One day prior to check-in date: 20% of room charge
Check-in date: 80% of room charge
No show: 100% of room charge

No, we don’t have such if he/she would use one bed. But if he/she is under 5 years old and would sleep with his/her parents in a same bed, we don’t charge his/her personal charge.
