Check-In is 3:00 PM. Check-Out is 10:00 AM.

Cancellation fee is as follows:

• Previous-day cancellation：20% of the total accommodation fee
• Same-day cancellation：80% of the total accommodation fee
• Cancellation without notice：100% of the total accommodation fee

Please note that policies may differ when you reserve through travel agencies, or in case of a special offer plans.

We are sorry, we don’t keep a waiting list.

We don’t have special rate for children. However, if you sleep with your child on the same bed, children under the age of 6 are free to stay without additional accommodation fees.

If your child is under 5 years-old and you’re sleeping on the same bed, there are no additional accommodation fees.

We can keep your luggage before Check-In from the morning of your stay, and for the whole day of your Check-Out date. Please enquire at the reception.

We ask for payments upfront, when you Check-In with us.

The entrance automatic door is locked from 00:00AM, midnight to 6:00AM.
If you wish to go out during this time, please contact the reception.
Also, when you return, please press the intercom beside the automatic door.

We accept laundries at front desk*; enquire for prices.

*Not available on Sundays and National Holidays.

We have affiliated spaces located 3 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Priced at 1,300 yen per night. Height restriction of up to 2m.

Choice of Japanese or Western breakfasts are available.
